Ideally, the mattress should be at least 20 cm longer than the height of the person who will use it. If space is limited, remember to consider the available surface on which you will place the mattress. We recommend that before placing an order, you carefully measure the space or bed frame in which you will use the mattress.

Mattress firmness is subjective and depends on each individual's preferences. Sleeping position also helps in choosing the firmness of a mattress. The optimal firmness is normally determined by testing a mattress in-store.

The lifespan of a mattress depends heavily on the materials used and their quality. Generally, it can be said that after 5 years, a mattress's support level diminishes. For hygiene reasons, it is recommended to change a mattress cover sooner than 5 years.

People suffering from allergies tolerate synthetic materials better. For this reason, they should purchase mattresses made with such materials or mattresses with removable covers that they can wash as needed. Most of the textiles we use are anti-allergy treated, ensuring a germ-free environment in the long run.

For mattresses with removable covers, these can be machine washed on a normal cycle with an appropriate detergent. If the knitted fabric covers change shape, they will return to normal if the material is stretched. For mattresses that do not have removable covers, we recommend using a soft brush and appropriate detergent to remove small stains. Do not expose the mattress to high temperatures or direct sunlight; also, hot water bottles or electric pads with temperatures above 40 degrees Celsius can damage the mattress.

The base on which the mattress rests enhances the mattress's qualities. The symbiosis between the base and the mattress creates an optimal sleeping environment. The base provides extra support which, depending on your sleeping position, should adapt to it along with the mattress.

Mattress covers with this option can be machine-washed on a normal cycle with an appropriate detergent. For removable covers quilted with memory foam, dry cleaning is recommended. If knitted fabric covers change shape, they will return to normal when the material is stretched to re-cover the mattress core. For mattresses without removable covers, to remove small stains, we recommend using a soft brush and appropriate detergent, being careful not to let moisture penetrate the mattress core. For persistent stains, we recommend using the services of a company that offers professional mattress cleaning. Do not expose the mattress to high temperatures or direct sunlight. Also, hot water bottles or electric blankets with temperatures above 40 degrees can damage the mattress. Place the bedding and use the mattress only after its cover has completely dried.

Depending on the mattress model you choose, we recommend rotating it 180 degrees or flipping it periodically to make it last longer. This way, the two sides or faces of the mattress will take turns resting and recovering from use. In the case of a double mattress with two users, the halves of the mattress will periodically have the opportunity to adapt to the body shape and center of gravity of each partner. However, if there is a significant difference in body constitution, we recommend rotating the mattress more frequently. If you do this at intervals of 3 to 4 months, you will increase the lifespan of your chosen mattress.

If the products appear as in stock or available for pre-order, they can be ordered without exception. For exceptional delivery times, we will contact you after placing the order to inform you of the delivery timeframe.

Delivery time depends on the destination address and the product ordered. It can vary between 1 and 5 days, or 7-10 days.

If after delivery you realize that the product has damage or technical defects, or if you simply changed your mind, remember that you have the legal right to return the product to us within 14 days, although we are confident that this will not be the case. See more on the Return Policy page.

The shipping fee starts from 35 lei and increases depending on the number of products ordered (it can go up to a maximum of 280 lei). An additional fee of 10 lei is added for cash on delivery orders.
