Our product return policy begins on the day the product arrived at the address specified in the order.

Products can only be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered. If the product does not match the one in the order or has manufacturing defects, product replacement or return is free of charge. If you ordered the wrong product or simply changed your mind and no longer want the product, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The maximum legal term for refunding the product's value is 14 days, but we assure you that we will refund the money within a maximum of 10 calendar days from receiving the package.
