Our product return policy begins on the day the product arrived at the address specified in the order.
If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with a product you purchased, you can return it within 14 calendar days from the moment you took possession of it, in accordance with GEO 34/2014.
Products can only be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. The returned product must be in the same condition as it was delivered. If the product does not match the order or has manufacturing defects, product replacement or return is free. However, if you ordered the wrong product or simply changed your mind and no longer want the product, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The maximum legal term for refunding the product's value is 14 days, but we assure you that we will issue the refund within a maximum of 10 calendar days from the receipt of the package. Refunds are made only to a bank account.
If the product is returned in a condition where it can no longer be sold as new, we reserve the right to refuse payment for the product to the customer or, at the customer's option, we will reship the product at their expense.
This clause applies in accordance with G.O. 130/2000, in the case of purchasing products from this site using distance communication techniques, applying the definitions contained in G.O. 130/2000 art. 2 lit.e.
- For hygiene reasons, used/washed products will not be returned.
IMPORTANT: Returns made without prior written notification and without our approval will not be considered. Product returns must be made in compliance with the above conditions and using rapid courier service.
You can request a product return in the following cases:
- You simply changed your mind or no longer like the product. The product must be returned as new, in its original packaging, and must not be torn, cut, or washed with bleach, etc.
- The delivered product does not match the specifications on the website. We guarantee the quality of our products. Products can be machine washed at temperatures of maximum 30 degrees and without the use of bleach. If it still discolors, you can request its return for replacement or a full refund.
- Incorrectly delivered products. If the wrong product or material type was delivered. For example, if a 100% cotton product, red color, and a specific print were ordered, but you received a product made of synthetic fiber, a different color, and a different print. Return costs are borne by our store.
- If the product has manufacturing defects. In this situation, we will replace the product free of charge or accept the return, providing free shipping.
Returning a product on the site is very simple, by following the steps below:
- The customer logs into the account created on the site by clicking on "My Account" in the store's menu bar. Logging in is done only based on an email address, and a 6-digit code will be sent to the email.
- In "My Account" you will find the "Orders" section where all orders placed using the entered email will be listed.
- If the order reached the customer in the last 14 days, the return request option will be available for the chosen order.
- The only fields the customer needs to fill in are "Reason" and "Note/Message (optional)".
- The customer will receive an email confirming the return request, and subsequently the acceptance or refusal of the return.
- A Depozitul de Saltele representative will contact the customer after the return is accepted to discuss all necessary details.
The product you are returning must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, in its original, undamaged packaging. Returns will not be accepted for products that are torn, damaged, machine washed, or discolored with bleach and/or any other cases where the product can no longer be resold as a new product.

Mattresses can be returned within 14 business days from the date of purchase under the following conditions and at the customer's responsibility:
- The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and accompanied by the accessories or gifts with which it was delivered.
- The product must be very well packaged. We recommend using double-layered polyethylene film, sealing the corners with adhesive tape, and using cardboard corner protectors. We do not accept packages wrapped in stretch film or non-woven textile. We reserve the right to refuse packages if they have not been very well packaged.
- If you have purchased several products of the same model, even if different sizes, and wish to return them all, please ensure that only one has been unsealed.
- No damage caused by improper handling.
- Accompanied by all received documents (invoice, receipt, warranty certificate, etc.).
- The cost of return shipping is solely the responsibility of the buyer. The responsibility for the integrity of the package throughout transit rests solely with the sender, as the package must be thoroughly wrapped, exactly as it was upon delivery, the responsibility for the integrity of the package rests with the sender.
The return cost is fixed for each product in the order. Depending on the product category, a cost is charged as follows:
- Mattresses: 150 RON
- Toppers: 55 RON
- Pillows/Duvets: 35 RON
- Decorative pillows: 15 RON
- Click-clack sofas: 150 RON
- Mattress covers/Linens/Mattress protectors: 30 RON
In addition to the fixed return cost charged by SCKA&MA TRADING SRL, a fixed cost per kilometer is charged by the courier agency for destinations outside the courier agency's service area.
The product is picked up exclusively by the courier company's agents from the customer's address, within a maximum of 3 business days.
The response time for return requests is 3 business days from the time of registration.

Mattresses of atypical dimensions or those produced according to customer specifications, which are subject to a special order, cannot be returned.
IMPORTANT!
- If the product, regardless of the reason for return, arrives at the seller: with torn textile or foam/sponge, dirty or stained, hair or odors of any kind, or damaged in any way during transport, we reserve the right to refuse the package.
- In cases where the damages, defects, or flaws mentioned above are hidden inside the package and cannot be observed at the time of receiving the package, in accordance with GEO 34/2014, we reserve the right to reduce the refunded amount, but not by more than 25% of the value found on the purchase invoice.
- Damages found after opening the package will be brought to the consumer's attention within a maximum of 24 hours from the date of receiving the package, by sending photos/videos via email or WhatsApp.
- You can only return products with all accompanying documents.
- The return shipping address is the same as the one from which the product was dispatched; unless another is requested.
- Products marked on the return form must be handed over in full to the courier, exactly as they were checked on the website when requesting the return. If the return package contains products different from those on the completed form, after verification of the package by the courier, the collection will be refused.
After registering your return request, you will receive a confirmation call or email within 48 hours, after which you can dispatch the product.
We will also notify you as soon as your return arrives at the warehouse, where the condition of the package will be checked.
After validating the package's condition, the final solution will be applied (replacement, full or partial refund, or voucher).
The money will be refunded within a maximum of 10 days from the date we are informed of the decision to withdraw, following receipt of the return. You will provide us with a bank account for the refund, or we can mutually agree on product replacement or exchange.
Products in the Outlet Category
Products sold in the Outlet category are new products, offered at a promotional price. For these products, the right of return applies according to current legislation, provided that the product has not been used and is returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, with all accessories and accompanying documents.
In the case of vacuum-packed mattresses, returns are only accepted if the vacuum packaging has not been opened. After opening the packaging, the mattress increases in volume and can no longer be returned to its original transport shape, which is why a return is no longer possible.
The customer is responsible for checking the product without affecting its original characteristics. Any signs of use may lead to refusal of the return.
IMPORTANT
- During the first few weeks, turn and gently pat the mattress to encourage even settling of the filling. A slight compression of the mattress, not more than 2 cm, is normal and due to the settling of the filling;
- Aerate the mattress frequently: it is advisable to perform this operation on dry and sunny days. For good aeration, it is recommended to remove the bedding and any protective cover in the morning so that the mattress remains uncovered;
- When opening the mattress and in the following days, the product may emit specific manufacturing odors into the environment, which are not toxic and gradually disappear during the initial period of mattress use;
- If the environment is humid, turn the mattress twice a month and aerate it repeatedly without exposing it to the sun. A memory foam mattress is used on one side only, with the viscoelastic foam layer facing up to fully benefit from its qualities.
- We recommend rotating it 360 degrees (head-to-foot and front-to-back) if it is non-memory foam, and 180 degrees for memory foam mattresses, every 3-6 months.
- Removable mattress covers can be cleaned by dry cleaning, chemical cleaning, or machine washed at 30 degrees. Chlorination, steaming, and ironing are prohibited. Do not machine wash - strictly hand wash.
- For the mattress to fully recover after un-vacuuming, it takes 24 hours, sometimes up to 36 hours.
- The mattress must be un-vacuumed within a maximum of 5 days from receiving the package.
- Tolerances regarding dimensions are as follows: height +/- 6%, width +/- 3%, length +/- 1.5%.
- The color of the polyurethane foam does not affect the technical characteristics of the product and does not constitute an obligation of sale.
THE WARRANTY IS NOT VALID IN THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS:
- Mold and stains - automatically void the product warranty.
- Accidental defects, possible unraveling, tears, scratches, tearing of the fabric or handles, or any other damage due to external, mechanical, or chemical factors.
- If the maximum permissible weight for one person or cumulatively for several has been exceeded.
- For reasons related to a change in firmness; if the mattress firmness is perceived differently from the time of purchase. The degree of firmness is subjective and is perceived differently depending on a series of factors.
- The mattress is stored or assembled incorrectly, used improperly or for other purposes, cleaned by inappropriate methods or with unsuitable substances;
- If the product has come into contact with liquids, once absorbed by the material, they evaporate very slowly, which leads to the production of unpleasant odors or mold;
- If a slatted bed base with elastic and spaced slats has not been used.
- If the product has been folded or subjected to compression; this treatment leads to material destruction;
- If the product is very dirty and poorly maintained: torn, dirty, or stained foam or cover, or odors of any kind.
- If the product has undergone unauthorized modifications or repairs, as well as if the product's use and maintenance standards have not been observed, with the mattress being used as a sofa or any seating object. The mattress is exclusively for sleeping!
- If the product shows damage caused by inadequate maintenance, negligence, or other factors;
Loss of the certificate voids the product warranty.
