Feathers are keratinous formations and evolved from reptile scales. They are two-dimensional and are located on the outer area of the down, to protect it from impact. Feathers are curved, which is why they are ideal as pillow filling, to support the neck, because, under pressure, the pillows will try to return to their natural shape.
Duvets and pillows should be fluffed daily to maintain the shape of the filling, as well as the durability of the down and feathers.
Avoid vacuuming or beating the duvet, as you may damage the down or feathers. If the duvet is machine washable, follow the instructions carefully and make sure it is completely dry before using it again.
The bedroom should be properly aired daily, and the bedspread should not be placed over the duvet for several hours. This allows moisture to evaporate, and the duvet remains airy and fresh.
To help the down or feathers return to their original shape, you can tumble dry the duvet or pillow for a few hours, possibly with a tennis ball or a rubber shoe, to ensure that the down or feathers have settled correctly. It's a good idea to remove the duvet and pillow from the machine every fifteen minutes and shake them.

Our product return policy begins on the day the product arrived at the address specified in the order.
If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with a product you have purchased, you can return it within 14 calendar days from the moment you took possession of it, in accordance with GEO 34/2014.
Products can only be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered. If the product does not match the one in the order or has manufacturing defects, product replacement or return is free of charge. If you ordered the wrong product or simply changed your mind and no longer want the product, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The maximum legal term for refunding the product's value is 14 days, but we assure you that we will refund the money within a maximum of 10 calendar days from receiving the package. Refunds are made only to a bank account.
