The waterproof mattress protector is made from 100% cotton terry cloth with a waterproof polyurethane membrane on the reverse side, which also allows the material to breathe. This new technology ensures a peaceful sleep free from dust mites and is an excellent choice for mattress protection. Upon request, duvet and pillow covers can also be made from the same material to protect duvets and pillows. The waterproof mattress cover has elastic all around its circumference, protecting the edge of the mattress up to 25 cm thick. Our product return policy begins on the day the product arrived at the address specified in the order.
If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with a product you have purchased, you can return it within 14 calendar days from the moment you took possession of it, in accordance with GEO 34/2014.
Products can only be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered. If the product does not match the one in the order or has manufacturing defects, product replacement or return is free of charge. If you ordered the wrong product or simply changed your mind and no longer want the product, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The maximum legal term for refunding the product's value is 14 days, but we assure you that we will refund the money within a maximum of 10 calendar days from receiving the package. Refunds are made only to a bank account.
